Anandraj, nicknamed 'Happy Raj,' is a software developer whose romantic life is constantly sabotaged by the social stigma and ridicule directed toward his father, Kathamuthu. To escape this cycle, he moves to Bengaluru and falls in love with his team leader, Kavya. However, conflict arises when Kavya insists on their families meeting, bringing Happy’s eccentric, traditional father into a head-on collision with Kavya’s sophisticated, NRI father.
George Maryan: The soul of the film; delivers an earnest and moving performance that makes even the weaker writing choices watchable.
G.V. Prakash Kumar: Natural and relatable in the emotional sequences, though his character's maturity level is inconsistent.
Abbas: A welcome return to the screen; brings a polished and sophisticated presence to the role of the rival father.
Sri Gouri Priya: Does a neat job as the female lead, providing a steady anchor for the protagonist's emotional journey.
