Husharu Pittalu is a youthful coming-of-age romantic drama that aims to deliver a preachy social message wrapped in teen romance. The film attempts to highlight teenage infatuation, mobile addiction, and parental responsibility, but balance gets lost along the way. If you expect a fresh emotional narrative, the movie gives you routine tropes with excessive bold elements that feel inserted mostly to grab attention.

The first half focuses on campus life, teenage attraction, lighthearted humor, and innocent romance. Pacing remains fast and engaging, keeping young audiences entertained with relatable moments and sharp dialogue. The interval block sets up a solid emotional conflict that raises curiosity for what lies ahead.

However, the second half completely slides down as the narrative turns overly melodramatic and preachy. The momentum slows down drastically due to repetitive emotional scenes and predictable conflict resolution. Major twists feel forced, and the climax ends on a very routine note, making the viewer lose interest towards the end.

Among performances, newcomers Ansh Thorat and Vasavi Ganeshan give earnest performances, bringing genuine expressions to teenage confusion and romance. Govardhan Reddy delivers a touched performance as the emotional father. Director Bikshu Yadav writes a relatable premise, but his screenplay relies too heavily on bold scenes and preachy dialogues rather than organic storytelling.

On the technical front, Charan Arjun's music and background score serve as the biggest strength, adding energy to key scenes. Rudra Sai's cinematography beautifully captures the authentic rural backdrop. Editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh is crisp in the first half but needed tighter trimming in the second half to cut down repetitive scenes.

Overall, Husharu Pittalu is a below-average teenage drama that starts on an entertaining note but loses its path in the second half. Good lead performances and nice technical values work well, but routine storytelling and unnecessary bold scenes drag it down. The makers tried to fly high like a bird, but ended up landing right into routine land.
