Editorial Policy

Our purpose
TollyBO is an independent publication covering Telugu cinema: box office collections, film reviews, hit-or-flop verdicts, release calendars and OTT availability. Our goal is to give readers accurate, clearly sourced information they can rely on.
Independence
Verdicts, ratings and rankings are not for sale. Advertising or partnerships, if any, never influence what we publish, and sponsored placements are always labelled as advertising. We do not accept payment to change a review, rating or box office figure.
How content is produced
Some content is produced with automated data pipelines and AI-assisted analysis, which is then checked before publication. Box office figures are compiled from publicly available reports and trade sources and are estimates, not audited accounts. Film metadata (cast, crew, release details) is sourced from TMDB. Reviews are editorial opinions; where a page is AI-assisted it is a starting point that we validate rather than a final authority.
Sources and attribution
We credit our sources and link to original reporting where we summarise it. We do not republish other outlets' articles; critic reviews shown on the site are brief summaries or ratings with a link to the original. See our methodology page for data sources and how verdicts are calculated.
Corrections
If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page or by email at [email protected]. We review every report, correct confirmed mistakes promptly, and update the page's data accordingly.
